This free 45-minute virtual mindfulness meditation will surely give you a respite from the stress and anxiety that most of us experience in the first couple of days of the week. Scientific studies have shown that the regular practice of mindfulness meditation significantly reduces stress and anxiety through mindful breathing and present-moment awareness.
