Welcome to the Imagine Well Being Mindfulness and Recovery Private Support Group, a safe and supportive space for individuals looking to address addictive or compulsive behaviors through mindfulness meditation.

Each session will include a brief teaching on mindfulness, as well as several short meditations that will help facilitate discussions among participants about how mindfulness can help address addictive behaviors.
