To Inner Wisdom:

Our events are designed to enrich participants’ mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Through in-person and virtual gatherings, our open-ended experiences invite reflection, personal growth, and healing. Our modalities such as meditation, sound baths, yoga, book clubs, and breathwork can empower participants to take what resonates with them and incorporate it into their everyday lives. 

To Nature:

Through nature immersion, we deepen our awareness and connection to all beings to cultivate a healthier earth. We guide participants to engage with nature through their senses, with our evidence-based practice of Forest Therapy, led by certified guides. Additionally, Imagine Well Being offers hikes, camping, cycling, kayaking and retreats, allowing participants to unplug, and recharge. Our events strengthen harmony between individuals and the natural world.

With Community:

We create inclusive spaces where people can connect, increasing understanding and empathy. Our goal is to foster a community where people build relationships, with every participant feeling truly seen, heard, and valued exactly as they are. To build a stronger community, Imagine Well Being aims to reduce financial barriers to wellness activities in nature by offering tiered pricing and scholarships to ensure our programs are accessible.
